Default C_WALL_DIST Segmentation Violation error

I need to use the C_WALL_DIST macro to implement a different turbulence model in my UDF, but each time I try to use that macro I get a segmentation violation error.

The FLUENT UDF manual is lacking, as always! There is no documentation on this macro.

Does someone knows what could be the matter?

Best regards, ap

I found this works only if I enable the "Enhanced wall treatment", which seems strange, because the I can always plot the Cell-wall distance using the Grid->Cell-Wall distance option.

Is this ok, or is it a bug?

Regards, ap
