NACA 0018 Airfoild in high speed flow

I'm looking for information on a NACA 0018 airfoil. I have results (Pressure coefficient distribution is what I'm concerned with) for the airfoil in the incompressible flow regime which match well with my model, but when I run the model at Mach 0.6, I'm getting a slightly different profile of the Pcoef along the airfoil which seems to be a compressibility effect. I was wondering if anyone has any references with Pressure distributions for a NACA 0018 above Mach 0.3 (or any other NACA symmetric airfoil would be helpful to look at trends).

Thank you in advance! Jason

you might want to try NASA archives or lanl gov archives. They might have the data for NACA airfoils archived

Hi,

although it is a bit dated. Theory of Wing Sections by Abbott is a good reference.

Some of the Nasa and Naca reports may be available online as well.

Best Luck,
