Default How to set perturbed on axis?

Dear colleagues, in Fluent I computer a non-stationary flow of a circle at Reynold number of 140 now. The flow of air is Laminar. The flow turns out without PATH. I want to give some perturbed on inlet axis Y, but I do not know how, prompt please!!!
