Hi,
I am simulating a gas flow containing particles where the particles aquire an electrical charge as they pass through the domain. I have managed to simulate this using DPM_SCALAR_UPDATE without too much difficulty. My problem is that this dpm scalar quantity affects a user scalar in the continuous flow phase. Does anyone know if it is possible to make the P_USER_REAL variable that stores the dpm scalar avaliable to other udf functions such as DEFINE_SOURCE, and if so how? I have searched the manuals, but cannot find anything that looks like it would do this. Thanks for any help you can offer. |

I don't know if it is relevant for your pb but perhaps you could use uds or udm variables.
