gturbo

I am trying and trying to construct with gturbo a so-called turbovolume but I receive anytime the following error message

"ERROR: ACIS error 69026 : inconsistent face-body relationships. A valid flow volume could not be constructed..."

Being my gemetry an automotive compressor highly skewed could be the error due to the fact that I am using only three blade section (@hub, @middle and @shroud)?

A infinite thanks to any person who will try to help me. In need also tips for understand why and where the procedure fails.

I had once a similar problem. I tried to construct a sector of a three blade wind turbine. Because of the geometry, when it tried to construct the sector, the two periodic faces intersected during the building process and gave the same error as in your case. My solution was to increase a litle bit the hub diameter. Another solution would also be to decrease the shroud diameter. In any way it has nothing to do with how many intermediate sections of the blade you have.
