LES post processing

Dear all; I performed a LES simulation and enabled the Data Sampling for Time Statistics option in the iterate panel in order to view the mean and root-mean-square (RMS) values for all solution variables but i don't find where i can do this !!!!! In the help they speak about "...Unsteady Statistics... category of the variable selection drop-down list that appears in postprocessing panels." I also noticed that there is a creation of " …..hmf " file

Can someone explaine me how to view (postprocessing) the mean variables and RMS??? And please send me (if you can) a tutorial on LES Thanks
