UDF problem
Dear all:
I am new in using UDF and need your help. I am running FLUENT using the worstation of my university through a X-window server. Do I have to do something to move the "udf.h" to my directory, or I have to save my UDF to somewhere? The followed is my udf code, please help me check if it has mistakes. when I interpret it, it always shows a mistake on the second line. If it has no mistake, I think probally I need to do sth. about the path of the UNIX system. #include "udf.h" DEFINE_PROFILE(pressure_out,t,i) { face_t f; begin_f_loop(f,t) { real timep = RP_Get_Real("flow-time"); F_PROFILE(f,t,i) = 101325*(0.12*sin(2200*timep) + 0.7369); } end_f_loop(f,t); } thanks a lot dong |
Re: UDF problem
I think there is something to do with the PATH like you mentioned. If Fluent can not find udf.h, it does not know what face_t is. It's just my guess. I don't have any experience about running UNIX. In my case (Windows XP, Fluent 6.1.22) the environmental variable PATH is automatically set up for running UDF.
