In the user's guide, we can find that: If you want to use the Six DOF Solver option, then select the appropriate UDF from the Six DOF UDF drop-down list in the Motion Attributes tab. My question is that, if i want to use the Six DOF Solver option, must i write the UDF for the Six DOF Solver by myself?

What do you mean by six DOF solver? As far as I know, the fluent user guide provide UDF file for six DOF for 2D store separation (missile drop down).
