Default How can I simulate a puddler?

Hi, everyone:

Now , I am simulating a puddler ratating in a cylider tank. As in the tutor guide 8, I must set 2 fluid zone. I wonder if it is necessary. Is it correct that I only set the puddler wall is rotating and the fluid zone and the outer wall is stationary?
