Default spatial and transient B.C. using UDF

I got a test result of heat generation rate distribution on a special surface of solid rotating disc, but position of heat generating is variable with time, that is spatial and transient B.C.. My question is that in this case it is possible to implement to make transient B.C. for heat generation rate using UDF. I need your helps for this problem. Have a nice day!!!
