Please help! How can I save in a .txt some result?

hy there! i use fluent 6.012 for one month and i want to know how i save my pressure_outlet dates in a file from fluent? for example: i have an unsteady flow with a pressure_inlet from a UDF law and i want to know the pressure_outlet results. can i save them in a .txt file? please help me! thanks!

File -> Export -> Choose ASCII, surfaces to export and what to export -> Write.
