Pretty Pictures

I'm trying to post-process (visually) an unsteady simulation.

I would like to look at cross sections of my 3D domain.

Is this easy?

I saw my classmate use tecplot to do this once, but I don't know how to do it exactly.Try tecplot, it may help you.

Yes You can do that in FLuent. You have to create a plane. Go under the menu surface. When created you will see in the post-processing panel the name of the plane you created. then you can work as usual. Luca

Re: Pretty Pictures

You can also try the Display>Sweep Surface panel. From there you can also create animations.
