Gravitational Acceleration

Default Gravitational Acceleration

Hi there, just a simple question. If i have a fluid pumping vertically upwards, is it correct to put gravitational acceleration at -9.81? or should i leave the acceleration due to gravity at zero? thanks for your help, gh.
