Default extract data into external file

I like to compute a few performance index with air temperatures near the walls and the wall surface temperatures. I know Airpak has a point value window or the plane cut window to view data associated with the point or plane. I wonder if I could extract these data into an external txt file and how. Any suggestions?

Thank you.
