Default microfluid mixing

hi i am not able to model mixing of two fluids in a microchannel using fluent6.0.i use the species transport mode.but every time the channel is initially filled with one of the fluids as in case of simulating an ic engine combustion.what i want is that the channel should be empty initially. please help me. thank you
