volume meshin problem

Default volume meshin problem

I am designing a cyclone separator. My solution diverges at the points where there is intersection of hex and tet meshing. I am not able to figure out the solution of this problem. Please help me in this. Thank you.

You are using non-conformal hybrid mesh.Do you use interface between tow meshes? If yes, have you selected the smaller interface as interface_1?
