Default Two Gas Jet Flow

I am trying to simulate a nitrogen jet released in a large chamber of carbon dioxide. I do not know which model I should use for this simulation.

For a single gas flow, I used the coupled implicit-k-epsilon model to determine the effects of the jet impingement on the surface.

If anyone has suggestions, please let me know. It seems like an interesting problem. thanks!
