Hi friends,
I tried to run FLUENT in background for the first time. The calculation is must faster than the with GUI option. With output file i can track the progress of calculation. I have set that FLUENT autosaves the case & data file at certain interval. But i don't know how to stop the background running FLUENT case. I work on solaris unix and tried 'stop [process ID]' command. It gave response that it stopped the process, but don't know how to save the case and data file at that point. Can some body help me how to stop background running case and save it with certain case-name? Thank you very much for your time and appreciate yr efforts. Regards, -US |
