Fluent 6.2.16 installation with Error EOF

Hi friends,

We are trying to load the FLUENT 6.2.16 on Fedora Core2 (linux). We were succesfull to install the fluent but when we open the workspace-window the error "EOF on stderr fluent process could not be started" is coming.We have not yet installed the licence key. But i think the licence key is required only when full process of installation is over.. Can somebody tell is it the error in installation or is it the error because licence key is not there?

Will be delighted if will get quick reply. Tuks

I seem to remember having this problem (with the same error) when we installed Fluent 6.2, and it went away when we straightened out the license server.

Can you please explain more about what you want to say. I am sorry i did not get what is mean by straightening of the license server. Is it something related to configuration of the PC you are using as server?

He measn install the license server and configure it for use.
