Default interface errors

Hi! I have been stuck for a while now and was wondering if there is anyone out there who can help. I've been trying to mesh a volume (tank) that is attached to a nozzle at the bottom. The mesh of the nozzle is very fine and the mesh of the tank doesn't need to be as fine (excpet at the walls). The nozzle and the tank need to be connected as I'm trying to monitor the nature of the flow coming from the nozzle interacting with the flow in the tank. I'm having troubles with the interface. The nozzle was split into fours (for better control of the mesh, the different faces were fused into an interior zone and when tested separately it works fine). The problem lies in adding the tank to the nozzle in order to observe the flow coming out of the nozzle. The following error occurs. Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: () Depending on what I do different I occasionally get the poly triangulate error. Not sure what to do. Hope to hear from you. Sandra
