Dear CFD users,

I have a pulsatile inlet flow that has a triangular wave form during regurgitation like below.

There is the peak point where pressure suddenly jumps. I have two questions:

1. Is it allowed to use this kind of a velocity form in CFD?

2. I need to calculate an average of pressure. If I do, is the value valid?

I'm looking foward to your precious answers. Thanks.
