Default Extraction of Boundary Layer Characteristics from

I need to export the Fluent data set(3D) so I can post process it to obtain boundary layer parameters for all the curved walls in a rectangular corss-section duct, and I'm having problems with the data set fluent writes out. I normally choose the -ascii format with node values, and it gives the data set in some random format that I cannot order in an ijk type of data set. Is there a way to do this?

Dear Oritz:

It is better to define specific line or surfaces and export the 3D model data in these specific zones. However, if you want to export whole data use TECPLOT format. Then you can import in excel; here sorting these data and extraxting specific ijk could be done easily.
