My Large eddy simulation doesn't work. What are the main calibration for the initialisation of the measurement.

yea ok

point 1: What's the difference between the

Subgrid-Scale Models

Smagorinsky-Lilly and RNG

(Define -> Models -> Viscous)

point 2: What means the statement

Reversed flow in 6 faces on pressure-outlet 10.

and point 3:

Error: divergence detected in AMG solver: pressure correction Error Object: ()

Which pressure-alignment I had to change?

Thank you very much for helping me! Cheers Gernot

Smagorinsky-Lilly is a Subgrid Scale Model of LES, RNG is not but an option of the Standard Kappa-Epsilon model.

For information on Subgrid Scale Models look on http://www.fluentusers.com/fluent/do...ug/node454.htm

point 2: whenever FLUENT reports 'reversed flow', it simply means that when it concerns a boundary that is set up as an outflow, the solution of the flow leads to flow entering the domain instead of leaving it. And vice versa for a boundary that is set up as an inflow.

point 3: is for somebody else to answer.
