Problem on Fluent Tutorial: Horizontal Film Boilig

Hi, there:

I am using Fluent 6.1 to run a computation on liquid nitrigen boiling process. At the beginning, I would like to wet my foot by going through a Fluent Tutorial: Horizontal Film Boiling, which can be download from www.fluentusers.com. I download both mash file and UDF from the website and went through the tutorial step by step as it is. However, the calculation results are quite different from those in tutorial. The area-weighted average surface Nusselt number I got stays at the level of 0.6661 instead of the curve shown in Fig.3 in the tutorial.

Does anyone go through the tutorial and get the same results? Any experience on the tutorial will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Continue my last poster.

After 1000 iteration, I found that there is NO gas phase coming out, and there is NO flow happening within the tank. The temperation shows a linear profile along y direction from 510 K at the bottom to 500 K at the top.

Anyone can give me some advices to debug the problem?
