Default HELP temp distribution on solid when dip in fluid

hello i doing one problem in which a thin sheet of 5mm thick and long 1 m and width 50mm and dipping in cube of 1 m my problem is modeling in Gambit that which type of model taken means if take cube as solid and sheet as a air whose viscosity is kept high
