Default Frost Formation on Evaporators

Hi All,

The air water-vapor gets condensed and then frozen (frost)on the cold surface of evaporators working under freezing temperatures. How can I model frost formation on flat plates? For my model, should I use Multi-phase(water-vapor, water-liquid and solid(frost)), or Species (Air and water-vapor) or Solidification??? Would UDF help? or is it beyond Fluent's capability?

Kind Regards Ahmad
