Default multiphase modelling

i have used multiphase modelling to model the heating of water in an open container whose left and right walls are maintained at different temperatures and the bottom wall is insulated and top is exposed to air. i have used the boussinesq properties for water and constant density for air. but the solution is not converging .

pls guide me . if anybody wishes i can send my .cas file.
