Default Filter modeling problem

Dear Friends, I have problem where I am trying to model a box-like domain with one inlet and one outlet at opposite ends at top. The box is rectangular in shape. I know that the static or gauge pressure is 50 pa inside the box. The air outside the box is at ambient pressure. Also, just below inlet and outlet, there are filter boundaries. I have a couple of questions regarding this problem:

1. What will be correct way to specify the filter properties and inlet/outlet boundary conditions?

2. What kind of filter model can be used for such a problem?

Your help with this will be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Thin filter = porous jump. Thick filter = porous medium. (check the manuals)

Thanks Evan, Filter is about 3 inches thick so perhaps using the porous medium would be the right approach. Nishant
