Shear stress at wall

Default Shear stress at wall

Lets assume a simple case of a fluid moving over a flat plate. Does anyone have a method for calculating shear stress applied by the wall on the fluid? Do you need to solve the model first with zero shear stress and then use the calculated shear stress values to refine the model?
