Default Sink(source) for discreted particles

Hi, I am trying to solve a mass transport problem with Fluent. I'm considering Eulerian two phases(water+tissue) plus discrete model(particles). And I need to set "sink" term for discrete particles (consumed by tissue). I don't know how to set the sink in discrete option. When I tried with "species transport", the source(sink) is only related within two Eulerian phases.

I would appreciate for any comments in advance.
