I have a 2D geometry and I want to study temperature profile in solid and fluid.I set wall ( thickness=0) the b.c. between solid and fluid.I'd want to know if I must turn on planar conduction (or it's possible only in 3D geometry?) thanks

Hi,

Shell/Planar conduction is activated only for 3D cases. And there also, it will have any meaningful effect only if the wall thickness is set to some non-zero value.
