application of s2s model

Default application of s2s model

my geometry concists of two zones; solid (steel) surrounding fluid (air). I choose s2s model, but fluent can't read view factors, i receive the message: segmentation violation? (perhaps walls and walls shadow) looking forward to your answer, thinks for help. Sincerely

Can it at least compute viewfactors? Can you please specify the geometry in a bit more detail?
