Hi,i simulate gas and granular two-phases fluiding via fluent, and find some problems!! 2D,segregated,mixture,ske,unsteady, 1.in fact the granular diameter almost about 1mm,but it can't inerate when i set it ,if i make diameter to 0.001mm or 0.01mm it can simulate (viscosity limit to and sometimes back flow happen i increase the "maximum turb viscosity ratio limits" it almost be solved),i don't konw how to make it run at 1mm diameter?? 2.granluar phses is between two baffle(set it as porous zones),which make it can't go out off this zones.in fact air blow the granluar phses up and it be block back by baffle(set it as porous zone) but it can't drop down to the inlet because another baffle beneath it. i don't wanna granular phase outflow ,so i set "inertial Rsssitance" value in granular lager than that i set in air;but granular phase still outflow from both sides. It's that not lager enough or just a wrong way?? 3.I set granluar phses at "adapt-region" is that correct??

HOPE someone can help me .

Who can tell me,granular phase at 1mm diameter cannot inerate?

Today i find if number of ineration =2,the velocity will very high ,too high than actual .so i check the contours of velocity Magnitude,i find high velocity Magnitude always happen in the corner.

who can give me some advise!I really appreciate!
