Temperature specifications

I have a 2d mixing elbow. The geometry and dimensions are exactly those of that given in the GAMBIT tutorial. Now I have 2 streams of water (373K and 273K) at the two inlets. Both are at the same flowrates. How do I specify the temperatures in FLUENT? Which command do I use? The flow is laminar and incompressible.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Temperature specifications

Enable energy equation (define->models->energy) and define the temperature in the boundary conditions.
