CFD-ACE+ Meshing

Hi Everybody, I want to simulate a coating process. I have a given fluid (viscosity, density…etc) between two horizontal plates. The upper plate moves relative to the lower one with a velocity v. The problem I have concerns the meshing of the volume between the two of them. I need to use Grid deformation package but when the upper plate moves the volumes are getting smaller and smaller and I have convergence problems. Did somebody try to mesh such a "dynamic" system? What kind of Grid did you use? Structured or unstructured? Is the problem solvable? In principle I mean!

Thanks!

the upper plate moves relative to the lower one with a velocity V, does it mean it will meet each other.
