Modifying geometry in GAMBIT

Hi, I have a solid geometry created in ProE. I imported it as a STEP file into GAMBIT. Then created a cylinder in GAMBIT and enclosed the solid in it. The solid is that of a valve frame with flanges and struts. I subtracted the volume of the solid from that of the cylinder to get the flow field within and around the valve frame (solid). Then meshed the subtracted volume directly.

Now I want to wrap leaflets around the flanges. The leaflets are polymeric materials and open and close according to the pulsatile flow. How can I create the presence of the leaflets and their movements in GAMBIT or FLUENT? Will GAMBIT treat the leaflet as a solid wall or something? I have the dimensions of the leaflet and the closing and flexing angles, etc.

Also how can I simulate unsteady flow conditions in FLUENT? The flow is pulsatile and laminar? Do I need to use some kind of USER DEFINED FUNCTION? If so, how do I use that.

Thanks in advance.
