Default RPM vs time for a turbine

Could someone give me an idea on how to find time history of rpm for a turbine which has started from rest/stationary. The incoming air is at 12m/s and the blade geom is available. Now I want to find how rotor rpm devlops with time. I understand that after certain time , rpm would be constant. Thanx
