Model for Vortex shedding
 

Hello, I try to simulate the frequency of the vortexes which develop behind a bluff body. the Reynoldsnumber is in the range of 2700 - 27000. Which Model is appropriate for this task? How do I judge convergence of the time steps? I read that 10 - 20 iterations per time step are a good value, but how do I see that the solution for this time step is converged? I started with a steady simulation and after convergence switched to unsteady. Will be very thankful for any help in this problem Kind Regards Gerd
