See the Fluent UDF manual. UDF for a sinusoidal inlet (varying with time) is given. similar to your problem.

In a 2D calculation, is it possible to enforce an inletvelocity that is function of space (parabolic) and uses a table with data to calculate the magnitude of v-average in function of time? So can you load data from a profile into an udf?
