Hi, I am working with a stirred tank reactor. I have created two interfaces(one around the impeller(the rotating volume) and the other in the tank(stationary).
I will like to ask: Do i need to use tmerge in FLUENT before i use sliding mesh concept? I am confused because i prepared for simulation by linking the two interfaces using define- grid interfaces. Pls need yr advice |

nope, just define them interface and join them (as interface) before you start the calculation, you have to name the zone you want to move and define its motion, its simple.
