how to use UDFs for solution of electric field simulation i use the MHD of Fluent 6.1.18 and i follow all the steps in this manual but when i do initialize it give me this massage Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: () please help me how to do such solution thanks alot in advance by the way i posted similar massage last week but no body reply me regards

SEGMENTATION problems are caused becuase you are not providing FLUENT coed with enough data in the sense u might have forgot to fill in some conditions or Memory terms in your code might be causing a mismatch. Go in your code and assign proper memory bins. The bins should be added+1 when you go and define in your GUI panel. read the manual for clear understanding . KP

hellow Kp thanks alot for your reply,iam really trying to do this so many time but at the end give me segment violation can you please write me the right steps to do such solution and excuse me for bathering zubier
