Modeling Hydrodynamics in Estuaries using FLUENT

I am doing my project work in hydrodynamic modeling. I want to know that which turbulence model is best for estuaries? I have to employ a dynamic (time varying) boundary condition at the entrance of the domain, how can I do that in fluent? Is there any option to provide dynamic boundary condition? If anybody can let me know,it will be helpful for me. Thanks for help in advance
