Default Boundary conditions for VOF Model

Hello,

I am simulating a oil-water stratified flow in a pipe. What boundary condition would be appropriate at outlet if I have constant mass flow of oil and water at the inlet. Also with the mass flow inlet condition, I am not able to define volume fraction for secondary phase (in my case oil), Can that be done or Fluent will take care of it? In the operating conditions panel should I turn on gravity?

Thank You in Advance Rizwan
