why it is difficult to get converge in dissipation

Default why it is difficult to get converge in dissipation

I am using the RNG model with wall function to simulate the outdoor airflow. However, it is difficult to converge in dissipation parameter (around 9*e-4). How to deal with this problem? Any suggestions are welcome!
