Hi everybody, I am phd and I am trying to simulate a HAWT rotor(wind turbine).I am new in cfd and particularely in FLuent.I would like to give me some tips, hints for a good aerodynamic simulation.I have allready construct 2 different grid one structured and one small unstructure grid for my 3-bladed rotor.I will be thankfull if you advice me for the "simulation procedure" I should proceed.(solver, discretization, steady, unsteady, time step,SRF,MRF,or SMM etc).I allready have done some simulation with the unstructure grid(segregated, steady, rke,PRESTO, 2nd order.) Thnx in advance

Look for the tutorials, there is one dealing with a rotor analysis on the student Fluent web site, Cheers and Good Luck
