Default Why operating pressure is 0 for lower mach number

In one of tutorial of aerofoil I have read that for case of lower mach number i.e. M<1,you should give operating pressure =0.Why?

Because the difference between the Total and Static pressure become low, and the code has issues dealing with this.

But you do not need to set this unless M < 0.1 - not M<1.
