hello, i have an inlet with varying inflow-speeds at different times. is it possible to view time-dependent or even velocity-dependent XYplots or Countours ?

Yes you can do it very easily. I encourage you to read the Fluent Tutorial Manual and see the example "Modeling Unsteady Compresible Flow) in section "4-1". If you had any problem to do it please don't hestitate to contact me.
