Mixture and VOF

Hi I`d like to model a desorption proces (evaporation of liguid from solution in whole volume coused by heat) and I wonder which model will be best Mixture or VOF?

are you unterested by the evolution of the interface ? if yes then VOF is ok...
if you are interested by modeling the concentration of "liquid droplets" in the gas...then mixture is better... |

Hi,
anybody can help in modelling the floating box probelem shown in the fluent website below. what should i write in my udf. i am comfortable in free surface modelling scheme of fluent (VOF/Nita) http://www.fluent.com/software/fluent/fluent62.htm Thanks |
