Question about several macros for derivatives

Hi, all What are the differences of the several kinds of macros for derivatives(Gradient (G) Vector Macros（_G）,Reconstruction Gradient (RG) Vector Macros（_RG）,and Derivative Macros（_DUDX）)? I have found explains about the differences between former two in the manual,but I don't understand very well. In addition, are there any macros for second derivatives? Could anyone help me? Thanks a lot!
