3d Pipe Flow.

I am modelling 3d pipe flow and the at my outflow the velocity vectors are turning around rather than flowing through the outflow face. I think it may be a problem with specifications i have set for iterating but i'm not sure. Any suggestions?

extend the outlet, reversed flow is an indication of not reaching the fully developed state

Yes Ahmed is correct. Make sure you have the length to be atleast 40D to obtain reasonable results if you are using an outflow BC.

Did you first try a 2d flow ?
